Scheuring presiding. <br />Roll Ca11: Present - Messrs. Franz, Swanson, Sloan, <br />Zingleman, Parker and Heisss <br />Absent - None. <br />The oath of office vvas administered to Henry Fr-anz as a <br />member of the Council by Myron E. iVerry, Notary PubZico <br />The minutes of the regul,ar meeting held Ja.nuasy 21, 1946, <br />were read to the Council. It -,;as maved by Mre Franz a.nd seconded by <br />Mr. Swanson that the minutes be .approved as rea.d. <br />Roll CaI1: gyes - Messrso Franz, Swsnson, Sloan, Zingieman, <br />Parker and Heisso <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Minutes 1?pproved. <br />Mr. Parker introduced Ordine-nce No. 246 which ordina.nce is <br />entitled "An Ordinance granting the Director cf Highvvays of the State of <br />Ohio authority to centerline paint certain state highvrays (Extension <br />1Vo. 466) Jrhich Iie rrithin the corporate limits of the Vill.a,ge of <br />Utayfield, Ohio" which ordinance was re.ad to the Council. <br />It was then moved by Mr. Parker and second.ed by Mre Franz <br />that the rules of law,requiring ordinances to be read upon three <br />clifferent days be suspended a.nd th,at Ordinu.nce Noo 246 be placed upon <br />its final passa.ge. <br />Roll Gall: Ayes - 144essrso Franz9 Swanson9 Sloan9 Zingleman, <br />Parker and Heiss. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carriede <br />It ivas then maved by Nr.
