Scheuring presiding. <br />Roll Calla Present - ;IdessYs. Franz, Swanson, Sloan9 Parker, <br />Zingelmann and Heiss. <br />Absent - Nonea <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held JuIy 15, 1946 and of the <br />special meeting held August 12, 1946 were read to the Co-anciT. Tt was <br />moved by Mr. Zingelmann, seconded by Mr. Heiss that the minutes be <br />approved as read. <br />Roll Calls Ayes -Messrse Fr.anz, Swansony Sloan, Parker, <br />Zingelmann and Heiss. <br />Nays - None <br />Motion Carriedm <br />Minutes Approved. <br />Mr. Fovrler from the Cleveland E7ectric Illuminating Company was <br />gresent and explained specifica-tions for renewing Street Lighting in <br />1lBayfield Village. Mr. Parker introduced Resolution Noe 149 entitled "An Emergency <br />Resolution a.pproving specifications and plat for furnishing Electric <br />Street Lighting service in the Village and directing the Clerk of t11e <br />Village to advertise for Bids for furnishing such Service91, which evas <br />read to the Councilo Mr. Parker moved that the rules of law be suspended <br />and Resolution No. 149 be placed upon its finaL passage. It was seconded <br />by Mr. Franz. <br />Roll Callv Ayes -Messrso Franz, Svuanson9 S3oan9 Zingelmann, <br />Parker and Heisso <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried. <br />A motion was then made by Nir.
