Mr. <br />Fowler representing.the Illuminating Company vias presenta . <br />Mro Zingelmann introduced Ordinance No. 253 entitled "An Emergency <br />Ordinance A;varding a Contract for Electric Street Lighting Service in the <br />Village to the Cleveland EZectric I1:!_uminating Company« and moved that the <br />rules of law be suspended ancl the Ordinance, having been read to the <br />Council, be placed on its final passagea It was secouded by Mro Parkera <br />Reall Call: Ayes - Messrs.
