Motion Carriede A petition signed by the property owners of Mayfield Village in tha neighborhood of SOM-CREST Farm and decla.ring the operatinns on this Fa.rm to be a nuisance was presented to the Mapor and Councilo After much discussion the Mayor agreed to contact the owners and insist tlat something be done about the dust and noise. It was decided.to have the Rubbish Collection on June 2nde Resolution No. 155 entitled "Authorizing and Directing the Clerk To Draw A Warrant In Favor of the Mayfield Union Gernetery District for $31.99" w3s introduced by Mrs Fra.nzm A motion was ma.de by Mre Franz and seconded by Mr. Swanson that the rules of law be suspendad and Resolution No. 155 be placed on its final passage, Roll Call: Ayes - Messrse Franz, Swanson, Zingelmann, Parker and Heiss.
