Sloan and Heiss. <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held October 202 1947, were read <br />to the Councile It was moved by Mro Swanson, seconded by Mr. Franz,tha.t <br />the minutes be approved as read. <br />Ro21 Call: Ayes - Messrs. Franz' Swanson, Zingelmann and Pa.rkero <br />Nays - Noneo <br />Motion Ca.rriede <br />M-inutes Approved. <br />CounciLuen Harvev Heiss and Ja..mes Sloan came into the meeting at this <br />tine. <br />The meeting was called to discuss the bicls on an adequate heating <br />plant for the Village Hall. <br />The bids of the Martin Heating Service, South Eu.clid, Ohio, and of <br />the HeiLnan Furnace & Appliance Co. of Cleveland 10, Ohio, were read to <br />the Couilcil. <br />Mr. Martin explained and discussed witlz the Council the types of <br />furnace in Yii.s biase <br />Mr. Weaver explained the conversion (from coa:1 to oil or gas) job, <br />and discussed with the Council the possibility of seeuring I?iel Oil< <br />Mr. Parker introduced Ordinance No. 277 entitled "An Ordinance To <br />Provide For The Purchase and Installation of a Heating Plant a.t the <br />Villaoe Hall" ;ahich Ordinance was read to the Councilo RZr. Pa-rker moved <br />and Mr. Zinoelmann seconded tha.t th.e rules of latir be suspended and that <br />Ordinance No. 277 be placed on its final passageo <br />RoJl Call: Ayes - Messrs.
