This letter stated that thoir client had sold sozne 'Lots f'rom <br />this proposed subd9.vision and h.ad bu9.1t upon th.em. The 1e-cter wen'c on to <br />say thzt- their client now ivished •ro bui7.d upon the reina.ini.llg parcel of land, <br />but had been unable to obtain pormits,-.due to the. fact that the 1ots clid not <br />meet the rvquired 15,000 squa•re feet minimtamo The clxon-6- referred to, being <br />preserit, stat-ed that this. parcel had been plamed as a siabdivision, bu'c had <br />never been recoi ded as sueh and did no-t shaw on our map.
