Roll Ca11sTk*;s?ab-Messrs FranzDHarclman, 53oan,, Zingleman, Cass&Heiss <br />Absezat= None - <br />Mayor Svranson opened the meeting by disaussiug the ba.d of <br />Talarlco Truck Sales & Sex°vice Co. fox° the sa1e to the Village of a <br />used truck, which was the only b3d submitted in response to the recent <br />advertisement for bids. Yr. Gluak of Te,lexico Truck Sa1es & Sergice Co. <br />was present an.d the members of Council proceeded to the Fire Department <br />Gaa°age and inspected t he truck there. Council thoroughly discuased the <br />mat ter and Mr. Heiss said that he thought this truck we.s a good buy. <br />D4r. Heiss then introduced Ordinance No. 301, entitled "BAn Ordinance <br />guthoriza.zag the P.irchase of a IIsed Dump Truck for Maints.irlixxg the <br />Village Roads" whiah °rdilaance wa,s read to Counc5.le <br />It was then moved by Mr. Zingleman, seconded by.Mre Sloan,.that <br />the n,iles of law requxring an oi d3.nance to be read on three separate <br />oceasions be suspended. <br />Ro3y Ca17.s Ayes- Messrs Franz,HardmangSloan,Zinglemara,Cass & Heiss <br />.
