Mayfiela ViTZage, O:hio, on Monday, the 29t:h day of <br />Tunea 1931, at 8 o*cloek P. M. in special meeting., Mayor- Arthur <br />Dawson presiding; <br />Roll Ca1Z: Present., PJtessrs. Wesley, Zoekemer-, Parker,. <br />Ia:tterson,. Bennett and Lewis. <br />Absent, None. <br />The C1erk read a. communication from the Board of <br />County Commissioners over the s ignature of F. T. Husak, Clerk <br />to the effeet that the Board of County Commissioners desired <br />that. an ordinance be passed by the Council of the Village of <br />ILayfield consenting to the impxovement of S.O.M. Center-Road, <br />the iridth of the improvement to be 2.0 ft: and no part of the <br />cost thereof to be assessed against the property abutting on <br />or benef itted by sa id improvement. <br />Whereupon, discussion,was had by various members <br />of the Counci?' as to the desirabiTity of the improvement and <br />it, vaas the general sense of the meeting that the improuement <br />woul.d be desirable upon condition that na part of the cost of <br />said impravement was to be borne by tlie property otivners abuto <br />ting on or-benefi.tted by said improgement. or by the Villuge <br />of Yayfield.
