It was then moved by TvIrm Patt.erson, seconded by Mr. WesTey, that the minutes of the meeting of .August 17th., 1931y be approved as read. Roll Call; Ayes, Nessrs. Zockemer, lNesley, Lewis, Patte-rson and Bennett.. Nays; None. , Mo tiori carried. Minutes approved.. . < The comrnittee on the insurance on the Village Hall next _ reported that an appraisal of the value of the Village Iia1T Building had been made. and had been determined to be $16,750.00.. Mayor Dativson then report.ed that the committee ap- pointed to meet with the Cou.nty Commi.ssioners. in regard to the improvement of HibhlEznd Road had not rnet and suggested that a reso- lution be sen.t `to the County Commissioners asking tlieir,help in said improvement0_ VVThhereupon 11r.. ?'1esTey int.roduced Resolut'ion No. 70 entitled "?: Resolution Requesting the County Commissioners _to improve Highland Road within the Village Limits't, which resolut.ion was then read to the council.
