<br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR PJEETING <br />HELD JANIIARY 16th9 1933. <br />The Council of the Village of it2a.yfield met in the Totilrn <br />Hall, Mayfield Village9 Ohio, on the 16th day of January' 1933, at 8 o1clock <br />P. M. in regular meeting. In the absence of the Mayor9 PAro H. lUie Lockemer9 <br />President pro tem, presidede <br />Roll Calle Present, Messrso Lockener., V+Tillis, Parker, <br />Patterson, Corlett and Bennett. <br />Absent, Nonee <br />It was moved by Mro Bennett9 seconded by Mr. Patterson, <br />that Mre H. M. Lockemer be elected President pro tem of the Council for the <br />next succeeding yearo <br />Roll Ca11: l?yes, Messrse Wi11is, Parker, Patterson, <br /> <br /> <br />Corlett and Bennett. <br />Nays., Mr. Lockemer. <br />Motion carried, <br />The oath of office was then administered to Mro H. M. <br />Lockemer by F. W. Dorn, Notary Publico <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held December 19th9 <br />1932, iFere read. 17hereupon it was moved by lUfxe Willis, seconded by Mr. <br />Patterson that the minutes be approved as readm <br />Roll Ca11e Ayes., Messrsa Lockener, Wi11is, Parker, <br />Patterson, Corlett and Bennett. <br />Nays' Norie a <br />- Motion carried. <br />A letter from the Central IInited National Bank in re- <br />gard to the condition of the mortgages held as security for Village F.inds <br />was read to the Councile <br />Mro Parker then introduced Resolution Noe 81 entitled <br />r'A Resolution Accepting the Amounts and Ra.tes as Determined by the Budget <br />Commission and Certifying them to the County Auditor"' which resolution Fdas <br />read to the Council. <br />It was then moved by Mr. Patterson, second.ed by PAre <br />Bennett' that Resolution No. 81 be passed as reado <br />Roll G;a7.ls Ayes, Messrs.
