In the absence of the Mayor9 PAro H. lUie Lockemer9 <br />President pro tem, presidede <br />Roll Calle Present, Messrso Lockener., V+Tillis, Parker, <br />Patterson, Corlett and Bennett. <br />Absent, Nonee <br />It was moved by Mro Bennett9 seconded by Mr. Patterson, <br />that Mre H. M.
