MINUTES OF THE REGULA.R PAEETING HELD FEBRUARY 20, 1933. The Council of the Village of iVtayfield met in the Town Hall, Mayfield Village, Ohio' on'the 20th day of February, 1933, at 8 otclock P. M. in regular meeting, Mayor krthur Dawson presiding. - Roll Ca.lle Present, Messrs. Lockemer, tinlillis, Parker, Patterson, Corlett and Bennett. Absent' TQone o The minutes of the re6u1ar meeting held on January 16th, 19339 were read. Whereupon it vvas moved by Mrm Willis' seconded by Mr. Bennett that the minutes be approved as readm Roll Calla A,yes, Messrs. ZUillis, Lockemer, Parker, Patterson, Corlett and Bennett. Nays, None. 111(fiotion carrieda A resolution from Brecksville Village in regard to the readjustment of special assessments, levied for State and Cou.nty,highways was read with a request that such a Resolution be passed by the Council of the Village of Pliayf ield . After discussion was had Resolution No. 82 entitled "A Resolution Requesting the Ohio General Assembly to Enact Relief Legislation in the Matter of the Burden imposed by Special Assessments" was introduced by Mr. Parker and was read to the Council. It was then moveci by Mr. Parker, seconded by Mro Lockemer that Resolution Nom 82 be passed as reado Roll Call: l?yes9 Messrs. V-Ii]1is9 Lockemer9 Parker, Pa-cterson' Corlett and Bennettm Nays, None. Motion carried. Resolution passed. Pllrr. Welsband presented nlans for a house on Ridgebury Road.
