MINtTTES OF A REGULAR MEETING <br />HELD MAY ISth, 1933. <br />The-Council of Mayfield Village met in the Town Hall' Mayfield <br />Village9 Ohio, on Monday' May 15th' 19339 at 8 oPC.loek P. M. in regular <br />meeting' Mayor 9rthur Dawson presidinge <br />Roll Ca11: Present, Messrs. Wi11is9 Lockemer,- Parker' Patterson' <br />Corlett and Bennetta <br />Absent9 None. <br />The mi.nutes of the regular meeting held April 16th' 1933' were <br />reade It was then moved by Mro Willis, seconded by Mr. Patterson' that <br />the minutes of the meeting held April 16th, 1933' be approved as read. <br />Roll Call: A,yes' Messrso VQillis' Lockemer; Parker, Patterson, <br />Corlett and Bennette <br />Nays' Nonev <br />itlotion carried' <br />Minutes approved. <br />A.7.etter from the Village of Lyndhurst in regard to hill for the <br />use of Lyndhurs.t Fire Department at Fisher fire was read to the Council. <br />After discussion was had, it was moved by Mr. Parker9 seconded by <br />Mr. Lockemer, that the Solicitor write to Lyndhurst Village that Mayfield <br />Village will pay $35.00 for fire truck and $18000 for firemen. <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Messrs. Willis, Lockener' Parker' Patterson9 <br />Corlett an.d. Bennettm <br />Nays, None. <br />1Vlotion carried. <br />It was moved by Mro Pa.rker9 seconded by Mr. Bennett, that the road <br />commissioner be instructed to-make repairs needed on Beech Hill Road. <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Mess-rsa Willis, Lockemer, Parker' Patterson' <br />Corlett and Bennett. <br />. Nays., None. <br />Motion carried. <br />iVLr. Bennett introduced Ordinance No. 146 entitled "An Ordinance <br />to Repeal Ordinance No. 82 and Fixing the MaXim» Rate for Electricity in <br />the Village of Mayfieldt10 <br />It was then moved by Mr. Corlett, seconded by N1r. Patterson, that <br />the ru.les of law requiring ordinances to be read on three different days be <br />dispensed with, and that ordinance No. 146 be passecl as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Messrss Wi11is, Parker, Lockemery Patterson' <br />Corlett and Bennett. <br />Nays, Vonea <br />Motion carried.
