The mi.nutes of the regular meeting held April 16th' 1933' were reade It was then moved by Mro Willis, seconded by Mr. Patterson' that the minutes of the meeting held April 16th, 1933' be approved as read. Roll Call: A,yes' Messrso VQillis' Lockemer; Parker, Patterson, Corlett and Bennette Nays' Nonev itlotion carried' Minutes approved. A.7.etter from the Village of Lyndhurst in regard to hill for the use of Lyndhurs.t Fire Department at Fisher fire was read to the Council. After discussion was had, it was moved by Mr. Parker9 seconded by Mr. Lockemer, that the Solicitor write to Lyndhurst Village that Mayfield Village will pay $35.00 for fire truck and $18000 for firemen. Roll Call: Ayes, Messrs. Willis, Lockener' Parker' Patterson9 Corlett an.d. Bennettm Nays, None. 1Vlotion carried. It was moved by Mro Pa.rker9 seconded by Mr. Bennett, that the road commissioner be instructed to-make repairs needed on Beech Hill Road. Roll Call: Ayes, Mess-rsa Willis, Lockemer, Parker' Patterson' Corlett and Bennett. . Nays., None. Motion carried. iVLr. Bennett introduced Ordinance No. 146 entitled "An Ordinance to Repeal Ordinance No. 82 and Fixing the MaXim» Rate for Electricity in the Village of Mayfieldt10 It was then moved by Mr. Corlett, seconded by N1r. Patterson, that the ru.les of law requiring ordinances to be read on three different days be dispensed with, and that ordinance No. 146 be passecl as read. Roll Call: Ayes, Messrss Wi11is, Parker, Lockemery Patterson' Corlett and Bennett. Nays, Vonea Motion carried.
