NIINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING <br />HELD JUNE 19th9 1933. <br />The Council of Mayfield Villa.ge met in the Town Hall, <br />Mayfield Village' Ohio, on Monday, June 19th' 1933, a.t 8 o'clock P. M. <br />in regular meeting' Mayor A.rthur Dawson presiding. <br />Roll Ca11: Present, PQessrs. 17illis, Lockemer9 Parker, <br />Patterson, Corlett and Bennettm <br />Absent9 None. <br />The minutes of the regula:r meeting held May 15th9 1933, were <br />read to the Council. It was then moved by N1ro Bennett, seconded by Mr. <br />Lockemer, that the minutes of the meeting held May 15th, 1933, be <br />approved as reado <br />Roll Calle Ayes5 Plfessrs. Yiillis, Lockemer, Parker, Pattersony <br />Bennett and Corlett. <br />, Nays., None. <br />Motion carried. <br />Nlinutes approvedm <br />Mr. Patterson then introduced Ordinance Noe 121-P entitled <br />"An Ordinance to Pay Certain Bills", which ordinance was read to the <br />Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Patterson' seconded by 1VIr. Vdillis9 that <br />Ordinance No. 121-P be passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Messrs. Willis, Lockemer, Parker, Patter- <br />son, Corlett and Bennett. <br />Nays' None. <br />Motion carriedm <br />Ordinance passed. <br />After discussion was had, it was moved by NIr. Corlett, <br />seconded by Mr. Patterson, that the Solicitor carite to Lyndhurst Village <br />that NTayfield Village will not need the use of their Fire Department <br />except in an extreme emergency at any future fire in-PJiayfield Villageo <br />The motioa was put to a vote and unanimously carriedo <br />It was then moved by N[r. Willis, seeonded by Nir. Lockemer, <br />that the Clerk be instructed to advertise for bids for a contract with <br />a banli as depository for the public fundso <br />Roll Call: Ayes9 iVlessrs. [raillis, Lockemer, Parker9 <br />Patterson, Corlett and Bennett. <br />Nays9 None. <br />Motion carried.
