TVIINUTES OF THE REGULAR i,EETING HELD AUGUST 21st, 19330 The Council of the Village of IMayfield met in the Town Hall, 1tllayfield Village, Ohio, on the 21st day of August, 1933, at 8 olclock P. M. in regular - meeting, Harry M. Lockemery President Pro Tem presiding., in the absence of 1lfayor Dawsonm Roll Call: Present, Messrsa Lockerner' tiVillis, Parker, Patterson, Corlett and Bennetto Absent9 None. The minutes of the regu].ar meeting held Ju1y 17th, 1933, vJere read. It was then moved by NIs°o Patterson, seconded by Mr o Ulillis 9 that the minutes of the regular meeting held July 17th, 1933, be approved a.s read. Roll Call: Ayes, Messrsm Lockemer, VTillis, Parker, Patterson, Corlett and Bennetta Nays, Noneo Motion carrieda PAinutes approved. The Clerk next submitted to the Cou.ncil proposed budget for the year 1934, which budget wa.s then read to the Councilv After discussion was had Pryr. Parker introduced Resolution No. 83 entitled "A Resolution Approving the Annual Budget for the Yea.r 193411, tivhich resolution vvas read to the Councilo r It was then moved by Mro Parker' seconded by Mra Corlett9 that Resolution Noe 83 be passed as reado Roll Call: Ayes, Messrs. Lockemer, Willis9 Parker9 Patterson, Coriztt and Bennettm Nays, None. Motion carriedo Resolution passed. ll4ra Bennett then introduced Ordinance No. 147 entitlecl "An Ordinance Accepting the Bid of Central United National Bank of Cleveland for a Contract as Depositary of the Public Ftands"9 which ordinance vvas read to the Councilo It was then moved by P1Ira Bennett, seconded by Nlr. 'fiillis9 that the rules of law requiring ordinances to be read on three different days be dispensed with and that Ordinance Noa 147 be passed as readm Roll Call: Ayes, NIessrs. Lockemer, Parker, Willis, Patterson,, Corlett snd Bennett. ATays 9 None. ' Niotion carriedm I-t was then moved by NIr. Patterson, seconded by iWr. Parker,, that Ordinance No, 147 be passed as read.
