iVIIiVCTTES OF THE REGULisR NIEETING <br />HELD DECL'VIBER 18th, 19330 <br /> <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in the Town Hall' <br />IUlayfield Village, Ohio, on the 18th day of December, 1933, at 8 o'clock <br />P. Vo in regulzr meetinge Mayor krthur Dawson presiding. <br />°- Roll Call: Present, Messrso Willis, Lockemer, Pa_rker, Patterson, <br />Corlett and Bennetta <br />Absent9 None. <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held November 20th9 1933, tArere <br />read to the Councilo It was then moved by Mre Parker, seconded by Nsa Pa_tterson' <br />that the minutes of the regula.r meeting held November 20th, 1933' be approved <br />as reado <br />Roll Call: Ay'es' Niessrs. 4dillis, Lockemer' Parker, Patterson9 <br />Corlett and Bennett. <br />Nays, Noneo <br />Motion carried. <br />` A letter from Mr. Ga.briel Leeb. in rega.rd to a cemetery at the <br />South VTest corner of S. 0. M. and jPlhite Roads was read to the Council b,y the <br />Clerk. kfter cliscussion the letter was referred to the Solicitor. It vras <br />moved by iVlro Patterson, seconded by 1'Jir. Parker that the Solicitor take the <br />matter up with Mr. Leeb. <br />Roll Calls Ayes, Messrse Parker9 Willis, Lockemer, Patterson9 <br />Corlett and Bennette <br />Nays, Tdone m <br />' Motion ca.rried. <br />The Solicitor then reported in regard to Toymshi-p Bonds. <br />The Mayor then reported that af'ter many difficulties and long <br />delay on C. Vdm A. Work, men would go to work on December 20th, <br />llriro Vdillis then. introduced Ordinance No. 149 entitled. "An Orain- <br />ance Fixing the Salaries and Bonds of the Village Officers", wlzich Ordinance <br />was then read to the Councilm <br />Tt was then moved by n1ir. Lockemer, second_ed by idlrm Patterson, <br />th.at the rules of law requiring orclinances to be read on three different days <br />be dispensed with and that Ordinance No. 149 be passed as reade <br />Roll Callo kyes, Messrs. Vlillis, Lockemer, Parker, Patterson, <br />Corlett ancl Bennetta <br />Nays, Nonem <br />Motion carriedo <br />It ivas then moved by il4ro Parker, seconded by NIr.
