iUIINUTES OF REGULAR NIEETING <br />? HELD JANUARY 15thy 1934. <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfgeld met in the Town Hall, <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio' on the 15th day of January, 1934, at 8 otclock P.M. <br />\ <br />in regular meeting, Mayor ponald Doster presidingv Roll Ca11: Present, Messrs. VVillis, Parker, Fisk9 Voorliees <br />, <br />and Poss. Absent, Mr. Corlett. <br />Minutes of special meeting held Januasy 2nd, 1934, were read <br />to the Council. It was moved by Mr. Poss9 second.ed by Mr. Voorhees, that <br />the minutes of the special meeting held January 2nd, 1934, be approved. a.s <br />readv <br />Posso <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Messrso Willis., Parker, Fisk, Voorhees and <br />Nays, None. <br />Motion Carrierlv <br />Revision of the tax rate for Mayfield Village was then explain- <br />ed by the Solicitora <br />George A. Bennett9 Jr. thereupon presented his bond in the sum <br />of $500m00 as Marshal of the Village. The above bond was approveci by the <br />Mayor as to surety and by the solicitors as to form. <br />Thereupon' Donald Doster presented his bond in the sum of $500.00 <br />as Mayor of the Village. <br />It was then moved by Nir. Willis, - seconded by Pdr. Parker, that <br />the bond of the P/Ilayor as presented be approved as to suretiese <br />Ro11 Calle Ayes, Messrsa 17illis, Parker, I'isk, Voorhees and <br />Poss. ' <br />Nays, None. <br />Motion carried. <br />The solicitors approved the bond as to form. <br />IVIr. George Vdorts was then appointed by the Mayor as Custodian <br />of the Tovrri Hall. <br />It was moved by Mre Willis, seconded by lUIro Fisk, that said <br />appctintment be approvedo <br />Posss <br />Roll Callt A,yes, 1Jessrso VPillis, Parker, Fisk, Voorhees and <br />Nays9 None. <br />Dliotion carried. <br />k letter from the Central United iVutional Bank in regard to <br />fee for paying bonds and coupons for the year 1933 was read by the Clerkm <br />This matter was refeired to the solicitorso
