The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in the Town Hall, Mayfield Village, Ohio, on the 19th day of February, 1934, at 8 o'clock P. It ivas moved by Mr. Poss' seconded by T1Ir. Parker, tha-t the minutes of the regu]:ar meeting held,Jannary 15th' 1934 be approved as read. Posso Roll Call: 1?yes2 iMessrs. Gorlett introduced Ordinance No. 153 entitled 'TAn Ordinance kppropriating $500.00 for the 2mprovement of the Roads,and Highways in Mayfield Villageit., which ordinance was given its first readingo It.was then moved by Mra Voorhees9 seconded by Mr. I+isk that the .rules of law requiring ordinances to be read on three different days be dispensed with and that Ordinance AToo 153 be passed aa readm - It was then moved by Mr. Willis, seconded by iUtra Parker, that Ordinance No. 153 be passed as reads Poss. Roll Call: Apes, 14essrs. Vuillis9 Corlett, Parker, Fisk9 Voorhees and Nays, Noneo Motion carriedv Ordina.nce passed. A letter from Pvi-r. Gabriel Leeb in regasd to a cer,a.etery a.t the South Vdest corner of S. 0. M. and Wh1ite Roads was read to the Cotincil by . the Clerk. After discussion the letter tivas referred to the PJiayoro Nfre.Gorlett then introduced Ordinaizce Noo Z29-P9 enti-tled nAn Ordinance to Pay Certain Bills", which was r.ead to the Council. It vvas moved by N!ro Corlett, seconded by Mr. Voorhees, that Ordinance No. 129-P be passed as read. Motion carriedo Ordiana_nce passed.
