MINUTES OF A REGULAR. iVIEETING <br />HELD MARCH 19th, 1934. <br />` Roll Call: Present, 1llessrs0 Willis, Corlett, Parker? Fisk, <br />Voorhees ana Poss. <br />Absent None. <br />The Council of the Village of Nlayfield met in the Tovan Hall, <br />IVlayfield Village, Ohio, on Monda.y. Pllarch 19th, 1934' at 8 0l clock P. Plle' <br />in regular meeting, Mayor ponald Dostsr presicling. <br />4 <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held February 21st, 1934, <br />were read to the Councilv It was moved by Mr. Willis, seconded by Mr. <br />Corlett, that the minUtes of the regular meeting held February 21st, 1934 <br />be approved as read. <br />Roll Calls Ayes, Vessrs. V'lillis, Corlett, Parker, Fisk, <br />Voorhees and Poss. <br />Nays, Noneo <br />Motion carried, <br />Minutes approvedo <br />The Mayor then reported on the relief vaork of the village. <br />A letter was read by the Glerk from the Cuyahoga County Relief Administration <br />in regard to the County taking care of all direct relief. <br />It was then moved by Mro Poss, seconded by Mro Corlett that <br />the Clerk arrange to turn over relief to the C.C:RoA. <br />and PossO <br />Roll Call, Ayes' Messrsa Willis' Corleti;, Parker' Fisk, Voorhees <br />Nays, Noneo <br />Motion car.riedo <br />Mr. Merion Parker presented plans for a house to be built on <br /> <br /> <br />S. 0. AR. Roada <br />Tt was moved by 11r1r. Voorhees9 seconded by D(1r. Fisk, that the <br />building inspector be autl7orized to issue a building permit to Mrm Parker. <br />Roll Calls Ayes, Messrs. Willis9 Corlett, Parker, Fisk, <br />Voorhees and Poss. <br />Nays, Noneo <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr. Parlier then introduced Ordinance No. 154 entitled ".An <br />Ordinance Providing for the Financing and Application for a Certain Civil <br />Works Administration Project"' which ordinance was given its first reading. <br />It was then moved by Mre Parker9 seconded by iirm Poss that <br />the rules of law requiring ordinances to be read on three differen.t days <br />be dispensed with and that ordinance Noa 154 be placed upon its final passagev <br />Roll Callm kyes, Messrs.
