Minutes of the Regular Meeting Held May 21st' 1934. The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in the Town Hall' Mayfield Village' Ohio, on the 21st day of May9 19349 at 8 o'clock P. M. in regular meeting., Mayor Donald Doster presidinga Roll Call: Present, Messrs. Willis, Corlett, Fisk, Voorhees and Poss. Absente Mro Parker. The mi.nutes of the regular meeting held April 16th9 19349 vuere read to the Councilo Tt was moved by Mr. Poss., seconded by Mra Corlett9 that the minutes of the regular meeting held April 16th9 I9349 be approved as read. Roll Callt Ayes' Messrse Willis' Corlett, Fisk' Voorhees and Poss. Nays, Nonea Motion carrieda Minutes approvede After discussion upon roadside maskets iMro Wi11is introduced Orclinance IVo. 155 entitled "An Ordinance Regul.&ting the Location of Sta.nds for the Sa1e of Fruits, Vegetables and Farm Products"q which ordinance was given its first readingm It was then moved by Mr. Willis' seconded by Mrm Poss that the rules of lavr requiring ordinances to be read on three different days be dispensed with and that Ordinance Noa 155 be placed upon its final passage. Roll Ga1.l: Ayes, Messrsa Willis' Corlett, Fisk, Voorhees and Possm Nays9 None, Motion carried. It was then moved by 1VIr. Ordinance No. 155 be passed as read, Ro11 Call: Ayes, Messrs. POSS. Nays, Noneo Voorhees9 seconded by Mre Fisk that Willis9 Corlett, Fisk9 Voorhees and Motion carried. Ordinance passed. A letter from The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Coo asking permission to trim one tree in front of 166 SOM Center Road, was read to the Council. It was moved by Mr. Corlett' second.ed by Mr. Will3s' that per- mission be granted to The Cleveland Electric I].luminating Company to trim tree subject to approval by owner of the premises concerned.
