Minutes of the Regular Nfeeting held July 16th, 1934. The Council of the Village of Mayfielci met in the Tovm Hall, Pllayfield Village, Ohio, on the 16th day of July, 1934, at 8 ooclock P.M. in regular meet- ing, Pdayor ponald D6:ster presidingo Roll Call: Present, Messrs. Pti'illis, Corlett, Fisk, Voorhees and Poss. Absent, Mr. Parker. Tlze ;ninutes of the regular meeting held June 18th, 1934, were read to the Council. It was moved by il2re W'illis, seconded by Mr. Voorhees, that the min- utes of the regular meeting held June 18, 1934, be approverl as reads Roll Call: Ayes, Messrs. Willis9 Corlett, Fisk, Voorhees and Posso Nays, PJone. Motion carried. , Minutes approvedo The Clerk next submitted to the Council proposed budget for the year 1935, ivhich budget was read to the Council. After discussion mas had 147r. Corlett introduced Resolution No. 85 enti-tled "A Resolution Approving the Annual Budget for the year 193511, which resolution was read to the Council. It was then moved by Nlra Corlett, seconded by TVIr. Willis that Reso- lution No, 85 be passed as read. Roll Calls Ayes, Nlessrs. tVillis, Corlett, Fisk, Voorhees and Poss. Nays, None. Motion carriedo R.esolution passed. The Clerk then read a letter from the Village of Lyndhurst in regard to providing for the keeping of Prisoners from other Nlunicipalities or other Sub- divisions. A letter from Central United National Bank requesting the approval of Council for the reduction of fire insurance on property, loan on said property has been pledged with village as security for Village ftands. approved.
