P!lINUTES UF '1'HE FGULAR MEETING <br />HELD NOVEiVIBER 19th? 1934. <br />The Covncil of the Villag.e. of P:!Iayfield met in the Tovrn Hall, Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio., on the 19th day of November, 1934, at 8 o'clock P. IVi., in regular <br />meeting, Plta.yor ponald Doster presiding. <br />Roll Call: Present, DAessrs. Willis, Corlett, Parlter, Fisk and Poss. <br />kbsent. Dtlro Voorhees. - <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held October 15th9 19342 were read <br />to the Coizncila It vras moved by Ufr. Willis, seconded by PJIr. Foss, that the <br />minutes of the regular meeting held October 15th, 1934, be approved as rea.d. <br />; Roll Call: A,yes' iVessrs. ?Ji7.lis' Corlett' Parker,, Fisk and Posso <br />Nays' None. <br />PJiotion carrieda <br />? iVinutes approved. <br />The Mayor then presented the request of Paul 4}iesley for permission <br />to store his car in the basement of the `I'own Halla It tivas determined that this <br />request must be refused because of the terms of the insuraiace policies held by <br />the village. • <br />It was then moved by Ntr. Corlett, seconded by Mr. Fisk that the <br />Street Commissioner arrange for a rubbish collection a.s soon as possible. <br />Roll Ca.ll: Ayes, Illiessrso Willis, Corlett, Parker, Fisk and Poss. <br />Idays, None. - <br />? DJlotion carried. <br />Mr. Voorhees appeared at the meeting at 8:40 P. [it1. and thereafter <br />took aart in the meetinga <br />The Mayor reported that "No Hunting" signs had been put up, <br />The Village hngineer then reported as to the condition of the setiaer <br />ejectorsa He reported that progress vras being made and said tha.t a fina,l estimate <br />would be available.at the next meetingo <br />P,4ro Corlett then introduced Ordinance No. 138-P entitled "An Ordinance <br />to Pay Certain Bills"y which ordinance tvas read to the Council. It was moved by <br />Mr. Corlett, seconded by IUIr. Vooihees., that Ordinance Nom 138-P be passed as read. <br />Roll Ca11a Ayes, Messrs. Vtiillis, Corlett, Parker, Fislc, Poss and <br />Voorhees. <br />Nays, None. <br />PAotion carried. <br />Ordinance passed. <br />There being no further business to co;ne before the meeting, upon <br />motion duly made, seconded, put to a vote and unanimously carried, the Council <br />adjourneda <br />Attest:,? kpproved:- <br />Clerk. <br />? r <br />j/L <br />Mayor - resident of Council.
