<br />It was moved by Mr. VVillis, seconded by Mr. Poss, that the Building
<br />Inspector be authorized to issue permit providing the building is placed 60
<br />feet or more from the center of the roadm

<br />1_Vir, Corlett then intiroduced Ordinance Nom 143-P entitled "An Grdinance
<br />to pay certain bills", which ordinance F?T3S read to the Council.
<br />It was moved by PdIr. Corlett, seconded by 11.Jiro Willis, that Ordinance
<br />No. 143-P be passed as read.
<br />Roll Call: Ayes, Plessrs. Willis, Corlett, Parker, Fisk, Voorhees
<br />and Poss.

<br />Ordinance passed.
<br />The iVlayor appointed the following persons as a committee to make an
<br />investigation of the sewer pumps, - Messrs. Corlett, Poss ai1d Voorneese
<br />There being no further business to come before the meeting, upon
<br />motion duly made, seconded, put to a vote and unanimously carried, the Council
<br />adjourned.
