MINUTES OF SPECIAL 1IEETIiVG <br />HELD NlAY 31st9 1935m <br /> <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in the T.own Ha119 Mayfield Village9 <br />Ohio, in special meeting called by the Mayor9 on the 31st day of Illiay9 19359 <br />at 8 o'clock P. M., Mayor poster presiding, due notice of said meeting having <br />been given as required by lawe <br />Roll Callo Present'iVessrsm 1Nillis, Corlett, Poss9 Fisk and Voorhees. <br />Absent9 Mre Parkera <br />Plans for a house on VTilson Mills R.oad were presented to the Council <br />by Mr. Berryo <br />It was moved by P1Iro Voorhees, seconded by Pt[r. Poss, that the Building <br />Inspector be authorized to issue a building permit to Mr. Berrya <br />Roll Call: Ayes, lUIessrso WiTlis, Corl.ett, Fisk, Voorhees and Poss. <br />Nays, Nonea <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mro Poss then introduced Ordinance Noa 160 entitled "An Ordinance <br />consenting to the improvement of a road to be known as Euclid-Chagrin Parkway <br />extending from the end of Harms Road, Easterlj,_through Richmond Heights <br />Village9 Highlan,d Heights Village and Nfayfield Village to the 1VIetropolitan <br />Park9s North Chagrin Reservation on S. U. M. Center Road9 Cuyahoga County' <br />Ohioe" Tt was then moved by DAr. Willis, secanded by Mr. Fisk, that the rules <br />of law requiring ordinances to be read on three different days be dispensed <br />with and that Ordinance No. 160 be placed upon its final pa.ssageo <br />Roll Call: A,yes, Messrs. Nilli.s' Corlett, Fisk9 Voorhees and Poss. <br />Nays9 None. ' Itotion carriedo <br />It tivas then moved by iVira Corlett, seconded by Plir.
