M. in regular meeting, It4ayor Doncg1d Doster presiding. <br /> Roll CalZ: Present, Messrs. 'Willis, Corlett, Parker,, <br /> Lockemer, Voorhees and Poss. <br /> kbsent, None. <br /> The minutes of the regular meeting held November 18th, 19359 <br /> were reacl to the Council. It was moved by Mr. Parker, seconded by PJIre <br /> CorZett, that the minutes of the regular meeting held November 18th9 1935' <br /> be approved as read. <br /> Roll Call: kyese iAlessrso Willis, Corlett, Parker, Lockemer, <br /> Voorhees and Possa <br /> Nays, IQone. <br /> Ntotion carriede <br /> i'1(inutes approved. <br /> kfter much discussion TVir. Parker• introduced Ordinance No. 163 <br /> entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Location of Cemeteries Vyithin the <br /> Village", _v,rhich Ordinance was read to the Councile <br />seconded by ?(!r. CorZett <br />It was then moved by hAr. Uarker <br /> , <br /> that the rules of 1ava requiriizg ordinances to be read oa three different <br /> days Ue di.spensed Rith and that Ord;nance Nom 163 be placed upon its final <br /> passagee <br />Rol1 Callm Ayes, -Messrs. rillis9 Corlett, Parker, Lockemer, <br />Voorhees and Posso <br />Nays9 Nonem <br />Motion carriedo <br />It zaas then ;Vlaved by lAra iarker, seconded by P1Ir. Voorhees <br />that Ordinance Noo 163 be passed as rear7o <br />Roll Call: Hyes, Tdessrsa VJillis, Corlett., Parker, Lockemer, <br />Voorhees and Possa <br />Nays, None. <br />Motion carried. <br />Ordinance passed. <br />Mr. Corlett then introcluced Ordinance No. 164 entitled °An <br />Ordinance Fixing the Salaries and Bonds of the Village 0#'ficers" which <br />Ordinance was read to the Councila <br />It was then moved by Nfr. Voorhees., seconded by Nr. Vdillis, <br />that the rules of lavi requiring Urdinances to be read on three different <br />days be dispensed zvith and. that Ordinance Nom 164 be pla.ced upon its finaI <br />passage.
