<br />Absent, None.
<br />The minutes of the Regula.r Meeting held March 16th, 19369 were
<br />read to the Councilo It ivas moved by NIr. Corlett, seconded by Mro Parker,
<br />that the minutes of the regular meeting held lVfarch 16th, 1936 be approved
<br />as read.

<br />Minutes approved.
<br />xfter much discussion, PAr. Corlett introduced Ordinance Nom 169
<br />entitled "An Ordinance to Provide For the Licensing of Public Riding
<br />Stables"' which Ordi.nz.nce was reacl to the Council. It was moved by Mr.
<br />Parker, seconded by IVIrm Corlett4 that the rules of lava requiring ordinances
<br />to be read on three different days be dispensed vJith and that Ordanance Nom
<br />169 be placed upon its final passage.

<br />Voorhees and ilGrse Parkero
<br />Nays, None. Motion carried.
<br />It was then moved by il7r, Corlett9 seconded by Pllr. Heiss, that
<br />Ordinance Noo 169 be passed as read.

<br />Mro Nasher Passafume presented plans for a. house on S.O.M. Center
<br />Roada It tivas moved by Mro Corlett, seconded by Mr. Voorhees that the plans
<br />be approved and that the building inspector 1be authorized to issue a builaing
<br />permit subject to the filing of duplicate set of plans and specifications
<br />with the Village.
<br />Roll Call: Ayes, Messrs, Corlett, Parker, Heiss, Shortle,

<br />Nays, Ldonea Motion carried.
<br />It was moved by Mrsv Parker' Second.ed by Mr. Voorhees, that the
<br />Council authorize the expenditure of $150.00 for material to repair Tovm
<br />Hall on W.P.A. project. .
