Shortle, seconded by Mrs. Parker, that the minutes <br />of the regular meeting held June 15' 1936 be apnroved as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Nessrso Corlett9 Parker, Heiss9 Shortle, Voorhees <br />and iV1rs e Parkerm <br />Nays, None m Motion carrie.d e <br />P1linutes approved. <br />xfter much discussion it tivas moved that the matter of the declication <br />of Rirlgebury Boulevard be tablede l!2otion by Mr. Voorhees9 seconded by Ptiro Parker. <br />Pdlayor appointed the Council as a body, as a Committee to look over the <br />Ridgebury Boulevard projecto Date of ineeting to be Ju1y 27' 1936 at 7:00 P. N!.. <br />The Clerk next submitted to the Council the proposed budget for the year <br />19379 which budget was read to the Council. After discussion vaas had iwre Voorhees <br />introduced Resolution Noo 94 entitled "k Resolution approving the Annual Budget <br />for tlze Year 1937" wl-iich resolution vTas read to the Councilm It was.moved by Mre <br />Voorhees, seconcled by ivIro Corlett, that Resolution Noe 94 be passed as read. <br />R.oll Calla Ayes, Messrsm CorIett, ParlLer, Heiss, Shortle' Voorhees and <br />it2rs a Parker. <br />.. 1TaTys, Nonee 1Votion carriedm <br />Resolution passeda <br />It vvas called to the attention of the Council that a pole of the <br />Cleveland Lilectric Illuminating Company at the corner of S.O.M. Center Road and <br />Glenview Road was within the limits of the highway., <br />It was moved by Mrm Corlett' seconded by PJIr. Sho-rtle that the Clerk <br />trv-rite to The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company reqlzesting that they move the <br />pole out of the limit s of the highway m <br />Roll Call: Ayes: Messrse Corlett, Parker, Heiss, Shortle, <br />Voorhees and Mrsa Parkero <br />Nays, None. , <br />Motion carried. <br />llQro Corlett then introd_uced Ordinance Noo 158-P, entitled "An Ordinance <br />to Pay Certain Bi11.s" which orclinance was read to the Council. It was moved by D!(r. <br />Corlett, seconcled by 11JIr. Shortle that Ordinance Nom 158-P be passed as readm <br />Roll Callo kyeso Messrs., Corlett, Parkery Heiss9 Shortle9 Voorhees and <br />Dllrse Parker. <br />Nays, Nonev Motion carried. <br />Ordinance passed.
