M. in regular meeting, Mayor ponald Doster presidingo Roll Call: Present, Messrsm Corlett, Heiss, Shortle, and Hawkins. Absent' Nr. Parker and Mrs. Parkero The minutes of the regular meeting held January 17th, 1938s were read to the Council. It was moved by Mrm Heiss, seconded by Mr. Havukins, that the minutes of the regular meeting held January 17thg 1938, be approved as read. Roll Ca11: Ayes, Messrs. Corlett, Fieiss, Shortle and Hawkins. Nafs, nonee Motion caxried. Minutes approveda The oath of office as Treasurer was then administered to Mrm Carl C. Schuering by N(r. F. W. Dorn, Notary Publicm Thereupon' Dona.ld Doster presented his bond in the sum of $500.00 as mayor of the Villagee It was then moved by Mr. Haavki.ns, seconded by Mre Heiss, that the bond of the Mayor as presented be.approved as to suretieso Ro11 ca11o Ayes' Messrs. Moti:on carried0 FQre Corlett introduced Resolution IJo. 105 entitled "A Resolution Accepting the Amounts and Rates as Determined by the Budget Commission and Certifying Them to the County Auditor", which resolution was read to the Gouncila Tt was moved by Mro Corlett,.seconded by IVIr. Heiss introduced prdinance No. 178-P entitled "An Ordinance to Pay Certain Bills"' which ordinance was read to the Council. It was moved by PJIro Heiss, seconded by Mr. Hawkins, that Ordinance Noo 178-P be passecl as read. Roll Calls 1;yes, Messrs. Corlett, Heiss, Shortle and HaVrkiizso Nays, none. Motion carriede Ordinance passed.
