M. in regular <br />meeting, Mayor ponald Doster presidingo <br />Roll Call: Present, Messrsm Corlett, Heiss, Shortle, and Hawkins. <br />Absent' Nr. Parker and Mrs. Parkero <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held January 17th, 1938s were read to <br />the Council. It was moved by Mrm Heiss, seconded by Mr. Havukins, that the minutes <br />of the regular meeting held January 17thg 1938, be approved as read. <br />Roll Ca11: Ayes, Messrs. Corlett, Fieiss, Shortle and Hawkins. <br />Nafs, nonee <br />Motion caxried. <br />Minutes approveda <br />The oath of office as Treasurer was then administered to Mrm Carl C. <br />Schuering by N(r. F. W. Dorn, Notary Publicm <br />Thereupon' Dona.ld Doster presented his bond in the sum of $500.00 as mayor <br />of the Villagee <br />It was then moved by Mr. Haavki.ns, seconded by Mre Heiss, that the bond of <br />the Mayor as presented be.approved as to suretieso <br />Ro11 ca11o Ayes' Messrs.
