Nlinutes of the Regular i,4eeting Held IuIa.rch 21, 1938. <br />The Council of the Village of iJlayfield met in the Toti^m Hall, Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio, on the 21st day of Nlarch9 19389 at 8 o'clocY P.Mo., in r egular <br />meeting, TJ[ayor ponald Doster presiding. <br />Roll Call: Present, PJIessrs. Corlett, Heiss., Shortley Hawkins and IVIrsm <br />Parkero <br />Absent, IvIro Parkera <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held February 21st, 1933 were read to <br />the Council. It vias moved by PJIr. Corlett, seconded by Pdlrm Heiss that the <br />minutes of the regular meeting held February 21, 1938 be approvecl as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes, iltlessrso Corlett, Heiss, Shortle9 Ha:raircins and i,2rse Parkero <br />Nays, J:done o <br />iifotion carriedo <br />12inutes a.pprovedm <br />Ea.lalia S. Bennett thereupon presented her bond in the sum of $500000 as <br />Clerk of the Village, lhe above bond was apnroved by the 12ayor as to surety and <br />by the solicitors as to formm <br />iAr. Netivman addressed the Council on refunding sewer bonds, <br />It was moved by Mro Cotlett, seconded by Mre Heiss, that The Cleveland <br />Electric Illuminating Co. be autharized to repair traffic light ? interaection <br />of S.O.M. Center and Wilsons PJIi11.s Roads at a cost not to eYCee?$25e00. <br />Roll Call: Ayes 1Jlessrs. Corlett, Heiss, Shortle., HatitiTkins and PZrsa Parker. <br />Ida;,%s 9 None. <br />I1otion carrieda <br />117ro Heiss introduced Ordinance idoe 17Y-F entitled "An Ordinance to Pay <br />Certain Bil1s", ivhich ordina.nce was read to the Council. It was moved by 1(lrs. <br />Parkery seconded b,y 14r. Hawkins that Ordinance ilos I7?-P be passed as read. <br />Roll Call: A,yes9 ti7essrsa Corlett, Heiss9 Shortley Havikins and Wirs.
