REGIILAR MEETING HELD NOVEtV7BER 219 1938. <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield rnet in the Towm Hall, Mavfielcl <br />Village, Ohio, on the 21st day of November, 1938, at 8 otclock Po?-te in regvlar <br />meeting, Mayor ponald Doster presiding. <br />Rell Call: Present, liffessrsa Parker9 Corlett, Heiss9 Shortle and Haevl;ins. <br />Absent, Mrse Parkerm <br />The minutes of tre regula.r meeting helc3 October 17, 1938 ivere read to <br />the Council. It was moved by Mr. Shortle, seconded by Mr. Hawkiris, that the <br />minutea of tre regular meeting held October 17, 1938 be approved. as read. , <br />Roll CaiZe kTes, PAessrs. iarker, Corlett, Heiss9 Shortle and Ha.trl::inse <br />Nays, None. <br />Motion carrweda <br />Minutes approved. <br />Letter irom the County Engineerss Department in rega.rd to the Videning <br />of t;ilson P.Zills Road was discussed by the Council. <br />It was movecl by Mr. Hav;kins, secondecl by Mro parker, that the Council <br />approve in principle the widening of tvilson P?iills Road to 100 feet roadway and tha.t <br />County sponsor sa.id project. <br />Roll Callc A,yes, Messrs.
