<br />onded bv UIr. Heiss, that the minutes of the Regular:AiIeetings held August 28th,
<br />and September 18th, 1939, be passed as read.

<br /> The Clerk then ead a letter from The East Ohio Gas Campa.ny accepting
<br /> Ordinance No. 184.
<br /> It vras rnoved by tiLr. Shortle, Seconded by 1i1r. Pa.rker, that the Cleveland
<br /> Electric Tlluminating Company be granted permission to er ect a pole on VJilson
<br /> Nlills Road sub j ect to ovJners approval.

<br />198-P be passed as read.
