MINUTLS C?F THE REGTJLAR MEETING HELD JULY 15 , 1940. The Cauncil of the Village of PuIayfield met in the Town Hall, Mayf3.eld Village, Ohio on tlze 15th day of July, 1940 at 8 o'clocli P.i1I., it4ayor ponald Doster presiding. Roll Call: Present, 1vIessrs. Franz, Reeser, Berry and lUirs. Parker. kbsent, hIessrs. Heiss and 1 arker. Insurance policies for Tozvn Hall we-re presented to the Council. Said policies ivere approved by the solicitors as to form and accepted by the Council. The Clerk next ?resented to the Council the proposed budbet for the year 1941, which budget was read to the Council. After discussion was had iVIr. Berry introduced Resolution Ido. 117 entitled "A Resalution Approving the 1?nnual Buaget for the Year 1941"; which resolution vras read to the Council. It was then moved by IuIi°. Berry, seconded by iuIr. Franz, that Resolution No. 117 be passed as read. Roll Ca11: Ayes, PiIessrs. Franz, Reeser, Eerry and PVIrs. Parrier. _ Nays, None. ? Tllotion carriede - Resolution passed. Mro Parker and lUlre Heiss at this time appeared at the meeting and thereafter took part_in the meeting. % ? lTr. Franz introduced Ordinance No. 190 entitled "An f}rdinance Fixing the Maximura Rate for Electricity in the. Vil.lage of Nayfield, Ohio, for a period of Four Years, and to repeal Orciinance No. 14611, which ordinance tvas read to the Counc:il. It was then moved by IUIr. Reeser, seconcled by PdIr. Berry, that the rules Of Zd.w requil ing ordinances to be read on three di£ferent days be dispensed with ana that Ordinance No. 190 be placed upon its final passage. Parker. Roll Call: Ayes, IAessrs.
