<br />Minutes approved. Plir. Berry introduced Ordinance No. 191 entitled "An Ordinance approving the
<br />plat of Dr. F. A. Sowin's Subdivision and accepting the dedication of 17orton
<br />Boulevard and Hemingway Road as shot?rn on said plat, °irThich ordinance tvas read
<br />to the Council. ` It was then moved by Mr. Berry, seconded by PJIro Franz, that the rules of law
<br />requiring ordinances to be read on three different days be dispensed with and
<br />that Ordinance No. 191 be placed upon its final passage.
