<br />Mr. Franz introdueed Ordinance No. 192 "An Ordinance to Frovide for the Pui•chase
<br />of Slag",.Brhich ordinance ivas read to the Council.
<br />It was then moved by Mr. Franz, seconclecl by lJfr. Heiss, that the rules of lavr
<br />requiring ordinances to be read on three different days be dispensed yrith and that
<br />Ordinance No. 192 be placed upon its final passage.
