Parker. <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held January 20, 19?-?, and <br />the-minutes of the special meeting held February 10, 1941, lvere read to <br />the Council. It ;vas moved by il?Iro Franz, seconded by ivI-re I3erry, tha.t the <br />minutes of the regular meeting held Ja.nuary 20, 1941, and the minutes of <br />the specidl meeting held February 10, 1941; be approved as reade <br />Roll Call; Ayes, Messrs.
