idIINUTES OF THE REGULAR It4EET1TdG HELD FEBRUARY 17, 1941 <br />, <br />The Council of the Village of NIayfield met in the Town Hall, <br />in regular meeting, on the 17th day of February, 1941, Nlayor ponald Doster <br />presiding. <br />Roll Call: Present, 14essrs. Franz, Berry, Heiss, and Reeser. <br />Absent, Iqrs. 1'arker, Palr. Parker. <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held January 20, 19?-?, and <br />the-minutes of the special meeting held February 10, 1941, lvere read to <br />the Council. It ;vas moved by il?Iro Franz, seconded by ivI-re I3erry, tha.t the <br />minutes of the regular meeting held Ja.nuary 20, 1941, and the minutes of <br />the specidl meeting held February 10, 1941; be approved as reade <br />Roll Call; Ayes, Messrs. Franz, Berr,y, Heiss, and Reeser. <br />Nays, none. <br />Pdo-tion ca,rried. <br />PJiinutes approvede <br />i-jIro Heiss introduced Ordinance No. 213-P, entitled "An Ordinance <br />to Pay Certain Bills". V<<hich ordinance was read to the Council, <br />f? It vias moved by PJIr e Iieiss,. seconded by I:tr. Berry, that Orainance <br />Nom 213-P be passed as -read. <br />Roll Ca.11: kyes, Messrs. Franz, Berry, Heiss, and Reesera <br />Nays, none. <br />Motion carried. <br />Ordinance passed. <br />There being no further business to come before the meeting, <br />upon motion duly made, seconded, put to a vote and unanimously ca.rried, <br />the Council adjourned. <br />Attest: <br />Village Clerk.
