<br />meeting, on the 20th day of October, 1941 at 8:00 o'clock P.M., Mayar ponald

<br />It was moved by Mrs. Parker, seconded by ldr. Franz, that.the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting held September 15th, 1941 be approved as reado

<br />Mr. Heiss introduced Ordinance iJo. 198 entitled, "An Ordinarice authorizing
<br />the purchase of a parcel of real estate adjoining tize Village Hall", which
<br />ordinance vias read to the Councile
<br />Tt was then moved by it4r. R,eeser, seconded by iVlr. Franz, that the rules of
<br />lativ requiring ordinances to be read on three diFferent days be dispensed tivith,
<br />and that Ordiaance Ido. 198 be passed upon its fi:nal passage.

<br />It was moved by Mr. Berry, seconded by Mro Reeser, that Ordinance No. 221-P be
<br />passed as read.
