Minutes of Special Meeting <br />November 9, 1953 <br />The Council met in special meeting pursuant to notice to all <br />members thereof on ~Idovember 9th, 1953, at 8 0' clock P. Scheuring. <br />In the absence of the Clerk, Mr. Arnold M. Edelman, Solicitor <br />was appointed as Clerk pro tem. <br />I~Ir. Edelman read a letter dated November 5th, 1953, from the <br />F. "A Resolution <br />P~ejecti:ng All Bids for the Construction of a '~Vater Main in Bonnieview <br />Road, Except the Bid of Joe Haddad and Son", which Resolution wa.s read <br />to Council, _ <br />It was moved by Pvlrs B Cass, seconded by Dr. ?rTaltz, that the rules <br />of law requiring a Resolution to be read three times be suspended. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - ?~~altz, Oatess, Sloan, Endress and Cass® <br />Nays - None, <br />Pfiotion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It ~rJas moved by Dr. Vtialtz, seconded by ~°.
