Minutes of Special Meeting ' November 28, 1953 The Council met in special meeting, pursuant to notice given to all members, according to law, on November 28, 1953, at 5 o'clock P. M. at the Village Hall, Mayor Gustav Swanson presiding® Roll Call: Present - Messrs Waltz, Sloan, Scheuring, Oatess & Cass Absent. - P.4r. Endress . In the absence of the Clerk, Mr® Arnold M. Edelman, the Solicitor, was appointed to act as Clerk pro tem® Mr. Jesse Fisher presented the plat of proposed Fisher Sub® division No. 1 pertaining to proposed Thornapple Drive, which has now been approved by the Planning Commission and corrects all former objections. Mr. Sloan introduced Resolution No. 239 entitled: "A Resolution Approving the Plat of Fisher Subdivision No. 1 For Record Only' which resolution was read to Council. It was moved by Mrs, Cass, seconded by Dr. Vi~altz, that the requirements of law requiring a Resolution to be read three times be suspended. Ro11 Call: Ayes - V~altz, Sloan, Scheuring, Oatess & Cass. Nays - None. Motion Carried Rules Suspended It was moved by Dr. 'Waltz, seconded by N1rs. Cass, that Resolution No. 239 be passed as read® Roll Call: Ayes - V'Valtz, Sloan, Scheuring, Oatess & Cass. Nays - None. Motion Carried :Resolution Adopted ,!" Dr. Sowin presented the plat of proposed Worton Park Subdivision of Original Mayfield Township Lot No. 20, Tract 2, which has been approved by the Planning Commission and has been corrected to meet the former objections of the Village Engineer. Mrs. Cass introduced Resolution No0 2l~0 entitled: "A Resolution Approving the Plat of Morton Park Subdivision of Original Mayfield Tovmship Lot No. 20, Tract 2, For Record Purposes Only," which Resolution was read to Council.
