M. at the Village Hall, Mayor.Donald.Hodgson presiding. <br />Roll Call: Present --Messrs Swanson9 Taylor; ~Ihiting, Beard <br />& Oat~ess. <br />Absent - Mr.. Endress.. <br />The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 12, 195u, were read <br />to Council. It was moved by Mr. Beard and seconded. by Mr•. Swanson that the <br />Minutes be approved as read.. <br />Ro11 Ra11: Ayes -.Messrs Swanson, .Taylor, Whiting, Beard & Oatess. <br />Nays -None. - <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />.The Minutes of the Special Meeting of July 16, 1951, were read <br />to Council. It was moved by Mr. Beard and seconded .by Mr. 0atess that the <br />Minutes be approved as. read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes -Messrs Swanson, Taylor, Whiting, Beard and Oatess. <br />Nays -None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />TYie I~ti.nutes of the.: Special .Meeting. of Jaa].y. 30, 1954, were read <br />to Council. Mr.-Whiting stated. that.. he-.considered the. Minutes to be in error <br />in stating that he had .stated. that the petition. of. the residents of the <br />Village of Mayfield ia. favor. of .the: reconsideration. of. proposed . 0!rdinance <br />No. 469 was unfairly presented to:.the..signers of said. petition. ~ Mr. ~-hitiag <br />stated that he had indicated..that. he .was.. speaking only fr-om the. assertions <br />of three or four signers of :said, petition.. It was. moved by Mr. Taylor and <br />seconded by Mr.• Oatess that the minutes. be approved subject to the correction <br />above meted. <br />Roll Ca].].: Ayes -Messrs Swanson, Taylor,Whiting,Beard & Oatess. <br />Nays- -None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Mr. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Oatess, introduced Resolution No. <br />256, entitled: • "An ~nergency. Resolution .Repealing Resolution No. 218 ],95:3 <br />adopted May. l8, 1953.n <br />- ~It v~-as moved by Mr. , Oatess .and seconded by Mr. Beard that the <br />rules of law requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions <br />be suspended. <br />` 1. <br />
