Roll Call: Present --Messrs Swanson9 Taylor; ~Ihiting, Beard & Oat~ess. Absent - Mr.. Endress.. The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 12, 195u, were read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Beard and seconded. by Mr•. Swanson that the Minutes be approved as read.. Ro11 Ra11: Ayes -.Messrs Swanson, .Taylor, Whiting, Beard & Oatess. Nays -None. - Motion Carried Minutes Approved .The Minutes of the Special Meeting of July 16, 1951, were read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Beard and seconded .by Mr. 0atess that the Minutes be approved as. read. Roll Call: Ayes -Messrs Swanson, Taylor, Whiting, Beard and Oatess. Nays -None. Minutes to be in error in stating that he had .stated. that the petition. of. the residents of the Village of Mayfield ia. favor. of .the: reconsideration. of. proposed . 0!rdinance No. 469 was unfairly presented to:.the..signers of said. petition. ~ Mr. ~-hitiag stated that he had indicated..that. he .was.. speaking only fr-om the. assertions of three or four signers of :said, petition.. It was. moved by Mr. Taylor and seconded by Mr.• Oatess that the minutes. be approved subject to the correction above meted. Roll Ca].].: Ayes -Messrs Swanson, Taylor,Whiting,Beard & Oatess. Nays- -None. Motion Carried Minutes Approved Mr. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Oatess, introduced Resolution No. 256, entitled: • "An ~nergency. Resolution .Repealing Resolution No. 218 ],95:3 adopted May. l8, 1953.n - ~It v~-as moved by Mr. , Oatess .and seconded by Mr. Beard that the rules of law requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. ` 1.
