Center Road.. <br />Mme.: Endx~ess. then introduced ,Ordinance No. 478 e~itled: "An <br />Ordinance.. to Leey~ Special.. Assessments for. the- .S~nprovement of S.O.M. C®rater <br />Road in the .Village; `of. Mayfield,. Ohio.,.
