M. pursuant~to notice given to all <br />members _of Council, -according to law, Mayor- Donald Hodgsan pres3.d3~iig. <br />Ro11 Call: Present -Messrs Taylor, Oatess,Beard,Seranson,Endress <br />.and Whiting. <br />Absent - None, <br />Mr. Beard introduced Resolution No. 262 entitled: "Resolution <br />Requesting. the. Certification of the Fiscal Officer of Mayfield Vi]lage" <br />which Resolution was read to Council.. ~. Taylor seconded the Resolution. <br />- It was moved by Mr. Taylor, seconded by Mr,.~Whiting, that. the <br />rules of law reg111Y".121g a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions <br />be suspended. <br />Roll Call.: Ayes -Messrs Taylor, Oatess,Beard,Swanson,Endress & Whiting. <br />. Nays -None. <br />Nation Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Swanson, seconded by Mr..Beard, that Resolution <br />No. 262 be.approved as read. <br />Roll Ca11: Ayes -Messrs Taylor,Oatess,Beard, Swanson, Endress <br />and Whiting. <br />Nays -None. <br />Motion Carried <br />_ Resolution Adopted ~..- <br />Thereupon the Clerk filed his Certification pursuant to Resolution <br />No. 262. It was moved by Mr. Swanson, seconded by N~. Swanson introduced Ordinance No. l~83 entitled: "An Emergency <br />Ordinance to Provide for the Issue of Special Assessment Bonds in Antici- <br />pation of the Collection: of Special Assessments for the Improvement of <br />SOM Center Road ~rom Wilson Mills Road to the South Coa°poration Line of <br />Mayfield Village, which Resolution was read to Council. Mr. Beard <br />seconded the ordinance. <br />It was moved by Mr. Beard, seconded by Mr. Taylor, that the rules <br />of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be <br />suspended. <br />1. <br />
