It ~nras moved by Tars, Cass, seconded by 'ir. Zingleman that the minutes be approved as read. Roll Ca11: Ayes - Franz, Hardman, Sloe~x~, Zingleman Cass and T~eiss. I~~Zayor S~,~ranson them read a letter from. the Board of Elections in -~,rhich they designated r'riday, Sopte_mbcr 30th, 1949, as Special Regis- tration Day in the suburbs® TIayor Swanson told Council that he t^rot~ld advise •the Party Committees t o take care of this Ordinance Tvo. 321 entitled " "An Ordinance amending Section 3 oi' Ordinance lTo. 159, the zoning ordinance of tho Village of T~ayfield, by including outdoor theatx°es and drive-in theatres9 as Class U-6 Uses" eras road to Coui~,eil for •the third timo® Mayor Stiranson then read a recor_inzendation from the Zoning Committee, saying that ~,~rith •the exception of TIenry Franz, ~uho eras absent, the corn~:littee here heartily in favor of this a;nencbnent® Voting in favor vrere Dr. Siplock, Dr. SovJin and I~:Ir.
