By Mr Lockeme?r. <br />ORDINAPdCE kT0: 19. - <br />To levnf special assessments for the improvement of Seneca Road, <br />from the center line ,of S,.O.Iu1.Center ??oad to the center line of Beech <br />i;ill Road, by establishing a grade, grading, construeting si?devsa, 1ks and <br />draining. Be it Ordainod by the Council of the Village of r:iayf'ield, State of <br />Ohio; . Section 1. That the assessmenf,s of the cost and expense of the im- <br />provement of Seneca Road, from the center line of S.O.I,te Center Road to <br />thecenter line of Beech Hill Road, Uy estab ? ishing a grade, grading, <br />constructing siclewalks and draining, ar.:ountir_g, in the aggren-ate, to <br />$13431a07, as reported to said Council on the ciay-of , 1921, <br />by the board heretofore appointed to estimate said assessment, be and the <br />same is hereby adopteyl,and that there be lezried and assessed upon the <br />lots and lands bounding and abutting on said Seneca Roa.d betvreen the cen- <br />ter line of S.O.r;Io Center Road to the center line of Beech Nill Road, the <br />several amounts heretofor.e reported to said Council by said board., which <br />assessment, together riith the desc-ription of said lots and lands and the <br />several amounts assessed upon the lots and lands, is nrn?v on file in the <br />office of the Clerk of said Council, .1=rhich assessments are in proportion <br />to the special benefits accruing to the property assessed, and are not in <br />excess of the actual spocial benefits to said propertye . <br />Section 2. T}iat the -cotal a.ssessment against each lot and pArcel <br />of land shall be payable in cash within thi-rt f day s f'rom and af'ter the <br />passage ana legal publication of this ordinance, or in ten anYlual install- <br />ments with in-terest at not to exceed six per centum per annwn upon de- <br />ferred payments at the opiion of the ovrner. All cash pairments sha.ll be , <br />made to the Village Treasurer.
