Taylor <br />AN ORDINATCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXCIiATJGE OF' FIRE <br />EG~UIPI~NT AND FIRET~~N IN CASE OF E~~RGEIdCY ~~ITH <br />THE VILLAGE OF . inTILL OUGHBY HILLS , OHT 0. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAITIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTS.', <br />STATE OF OHIO THAT: _. <br />Sec. lm The Mayor and the Clerl: of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, <br />are hereby authorized, to enter into contracts on behalf of the Village of <br />Mayfield with 'the ViLage~ of 1rJi11oughby Hills, ~Lalce County Ohio, providing <br />for" the excliaiige of fire fighting equ.~:.pment :and` 'firemen in the event of <br />emergency® Such contract shall define emergency to mean such a simultaneous <br />existence of~~a fire or fires within a municipality, that said municipality <br />~is`unable,to cope with the same: Such contract-shall not require any party <br />thereto to -leave unprotected or~in jeopardy`its-own territory and shall <br />provide, .that the party making such e mergency run out of t.s" o~m municipal <br />limits shall bear all expenses, loss or damage incurred thereby.
