RESOLUTION N0. 84= 21 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen & Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZ ING THE CLERK <br />OF COUNCIL TO ENDORSE THE <br />ACCEPTANCE OF AN EASEMENT FROM <br />WILSOM PROPERTIES LINiITED FOR THE <br />INSTALLATION, REPAIR AND MAINTE- <br />NANCE OF A WATER MAIN, WATER METERo <br />AND ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO FOR <br />THE GEORGIAN CENTER OFFICE BUILDING <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Village has already approved the concept and <br />plans for construction of The Georgian Center as submitted to the <br />municipality by Nacy Panzi.ca; and <br />WHEREP,S, Wilsom Properties Limited, the developer of The <br />Georgian Center, has commenced construction of the said project; and <br />WHEREAS, Wilsom Properties Limited has prepared for execu- <br />tion an easement granting to Mayfield Village and the City of <br />Cleveland a perpetual right-of-way and easement over and across a <br />portion of the property owned by Wilsom Properties Limited f or the <br />purpose of installing, repairing and maintaining a water main, water <br />meter and all appurtenances thereto, a copy of said easement being <br />attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A°", and which easement has been <br />approved by the Director of Law and Village Engineero and <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of Mayfield Village have <br />determined that the said easement should be accepted by the munici- <br />pality to facilitate water service to the proposed office building; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The easement from Wilsom Properties Limited to <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, f or the installation, repair and maintenance <br />of a water main, water meter and all appurtenances thereto, for the <br />benefit of The Georgian Center, a copy of said easement being attached <br />hereto, marked Exhibit °1A1° and incorporated herein as if fully ? <br />rewritten, is hereby accepted. <br />Section 2. The Clerk of Council is hereby instructed and <br />authorized to endorse the acceptance of such easement upon said ease- <br />ment anc] to endorse thereon the number and date of passage of this <br />Resolution. <br />Section 3. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this
