RESOLUTION N0. 829 <br />BY: MR. BOGER <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL SITE <br />DEVELOPMEN'r PLANS OF PROGBESSIVE CORPORATION <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OI+ MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, that the final site development plans of Progressive Corporation, <br />dated ,1972, for the construction of an office building <br />on the south side of Wilson Mi11s Road, previously approved by the Village <br />Engineer and the Planning and Zoning Commission, are hereby approved by <br />council, provided, however, that the location and size of signs must be <br />approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Architectural Board <br />of Review. <br />Provided, further, that before a building permit can be issued, <br />a cash bond in the amount set forth by the Village Engineex shall be <br />deposited by the Progressive Corporation with the Clerk-Treasurer'"-to cover <br />the estimated cost of making such ad3ustments as are necessaay in the aforesaid <br />property and the public highway to conform to the trafffc pattern shown in <br />final site development plans, and approved by the police department of the <br />Village of Mayfield: Finalized plans must be approved by Engineer. <br />Adopted this 13th day of December ,1972. <br />r <br />,--.. <br />C7 <br />? <br />? - RESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />ATTEST: <br />( ) CLERK-TREASURER
