ORDINANCE N0. 71-8 <br />BY: MR. LEECH <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE ALTERNATE BID OF <br />HI-CITE ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION CO. FOR THE <br />ELECTRICAL WORK IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br />RECONSTRUCTION OF THE VILLAGE HALL <br />® WHEREAS, advertisement for bids has been published according to lacy for <br />the electrical work in connection with the reconstruction of the Village Hall, and <br />~'~- WHEREAS, the alternate bid of Hi-Cite Electrical Construction Co., a <br />f~ responsible bidder, in the amount of Eight Hundred Seventy-Seven Dollars ($877.00) <br />for the following described electrical work, which coos not included in its original <br />~ bid accepted by Ordinance No. 70-56, is the lowest and best bid submitted. <br />n <br />b <br />LcJ NOTd, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, <br />07 Cuyahoga County, Ohio, that: <br />~ Section 1. The alternate bid of Hi-Cite Electrical Construction Co, in <br />~ the amount of Eight Hundred Seventy-Seven Dollars ($877.00) to perform the following <br />~ electrical work in connection with the Village Hall is hereby accepted and the <br />Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />~ contract in cariting with said bidder for such purpose, in accordance caith the <br />~ advertised specifications and the alternate bid submitted: <br />~ Alternate El - Portico light $ 85.00 <br />Alternate E2 - A. C. electrical redoing <br />telephone conduit, adding <br />' outlets, outside planter <br />lights 792.00 <br />TOTAL $877.00 <br />Section 2. Said sum of Eight Hundred Seventy-Seven Dollars ($877.00) <br />is hereby appropriated for said purpose. <br />! Section 3.
