Decker, fiumel and TNidenez°o " <br />, Absent: Mrs Reep. <br />Other Village officials prssent iveree <br />Solioitor ZVinspers Councilman Stentz, ancl Building Inspeetoa° Deznaline. <br />Mayor pouglass acted as Chairman and "lro Widenor aeted as Secretary. <br />Discuesion was had on the present procedure Por seouring building <br />permits. <br />Motion by Mra Douglass and seconded by Mro Humel that the <br />Planning Commission reauest Council to pass an ordinanes to amend the <br />building cocle, to require that building plans be submitted in duplicate <br />anct an applieation be filed with the Building Inspeetor. <br />4 yeas, no nays. Motion oarried. <br />IiSotion by Mra Humel and seconded by Mr. Decker that the Planning <br />Commiss:ion reeoTmnend to the Council that it pass an ordinance restricting <br />the sale of intox3cating bevarages vrithin one thousand (1,000) Feet of <br />any sahool property, ahurch property9 and any propertyussd as a Publia <br />Park or playgrounde <br />4 yeas, no nays.
