Decker, Douglass, Reep anci Humelo <br />NIr. 1Ninsper was also prESent. <br />The minutes of the last meeting yvere read and approved. <br />The Planning Commission discussed the question of <br />arnending the Zoning Qrdinance by provicling tnat a11 <br />buildings constructed for human habitation shall contain <br />not less than 600 square feet of floor space on 1:he <br />ground or first floor. <br />Motion duly made and seconded that the Secretary of <br />the Planning Commission advise Council that the Ylenning <br />Corr?mission recommends the amendrnent of Section 43 of the <br />Zoning Ordinance to provide that all buildings constructed <br />for human habitation sha11 contain not less than 600 <br />square feet oi' floor space on the ground or first floor. <br />Vote: Yeas, Messrs.
