Oviatt. <br />Mr. Harris was absentm <br />Building Comr.?issioner Crider also attended the meeting. <br />The minutes of P•Zay 159 1953 were read and approvedo <br />Charles and Lois Nichols presented a tentative layout of a divison of <br />their property on Columbia Road to permit buildin.g an extx°a house on <br />the property. The Pl.anning Commission suggested tha.t praperty be <br />divided in a manner so that the new parcel would have approYimately <br />60 feet of frontage on CoZumbia Road vrith the deed, stating trat a minimum set-back of approxir,iately 125 a.s requireda This set-back <br />would prohibit building a house in the portion of tY:e parcel only <br />60 feet wide.
