Reed <br />40 <br /> <br />At a meeting of the Planning Coumuission held April 28th Mr. <br />Cha,rles hattick presented a plat of a proposed allotment of a portion <br />of his farm loca,ted on the Northerly side of Lorain Road near Stop <br />18. 'Ishis plat is now taken up for consideration. The plat indicates <br />thatMr. Hattick contemplates opening a street Northerly from Lorain <br />Streat to be 50 f t. in width with a building line 301 back from the <br />side ].ines of the Street. Said street to be lnown as West 231st Street. <br />The planning Commission request the dedication for Street purposes <br />of a stri-o of land 60 ft. in vvidth extending across the property <br />from East to 'Fest at a point which will permit the extenaion of <br />Maple Ridge Road Easterly from Clagu.e Road to the Easterly boundry <br />of the Village. Also the establishment of drai.ns of su-Eficient <br />depth and capacity to care for cellar bottoms and the laying of <br />sidewalks on each side of said proposed street. <br />The Planniag Commission recorrmend the appraval of this plat <br />when the above mentioned requirements have been complied with. <br />9djouxned f ' <br />ecreta~?.
